SLOPESIDE SYRUP
BOTTLED PURE VERMONT MAPLE SYRUP
Every spring, the team at Slopeside boils down sap from tens of thousands of maple trees into pure, delicious maple syrup. Tapping starts when the woods are still deep in winter, and the season can run until late April or even May. By that time, Doug and Roger Brown are already selecting the best of that year’s crop to bottle and send from Richmond, Vermont, direct to Snooze’s pancakes. The Slopeside team believes that working with Snooze is a true privilege. They believe Snooze’s commitment to a small Vermont farm really shows what Snooze is all about — thoughtfully sourced ingredients coming together for a special brunch experience.

Their products are proudly handcrafted in small batches in Denver, Colorado, and contain only the freshest of ingredients — along with care, intention and love.
