About Snooze

Colorado Springs is home to stunning landscapes, incredible Colorado history and our Snooze Eatery in North Academy. The Snooze team is proud to be serving up the breakfast Colorado Springs locals and visitors love. We’re open for breakfast and brunch off of N. Academy Blvd. Stop in for Shrimp and Grits or a Smashed Avocado Benny, or hang on the patio with friends for Sunday brunch. We’ll be here from 6:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. on weekdays and hanging out until 4:00pm on the weekends, cooking up twists on benedicts, creative versions of french toast, and cheers’ing you with a Mimosa the whole time. Check out our App and place a breakfast takeout (or delivery!) order online. We’ll take care of the rest.
