We’ve updated our Terms & Conditions as of April 17, 2024, concerning how Jacks expire. Previously, Jacks would only expire after a year of inactivity. However, to make the MySnooze Bennyfits program even better and encourage the use of Jacks, we’ve shifted to a new system where Jacks expire 365 days from when they were earned. 

This means instead of waiting for a year of no activity, each Jack now has its own expiry date set for 365 days post-earning. It was a tough decision, but it was necessary to give everyone a nudge to enjoy their benefits more frequently! To make sure you’re always aware of your Jacks status, we send notifications 30 days and then again 10 days before any Jacks are set to expire.  

As for your rewards, once you unlock a Base Reward, it won’t expire. But, please note that available rewards are subject to change without notice – but don’t worry, we’ll always have delicious breakfast options waiting for you. As for those Surprise and Delight offers, they’re unique and expiration dates may vary, so make sure to check your account for all the details. Breakfast on!
