Snooze Catering Menu

We offer catering to be picked up Mondays-Thursdays between 6:30am-2pm, (Boulder at 7am) and Fridays 6:30am-8am. To honor the breakfast experience for our in-house guests, we do not offer catering on Saturdays and Sundays.

Please give us 48 hours in advance for your Snooze Catering order. Your order is confirmed when you hear back via phone or email from a manager at the restaurant where you will be picking up. You may send your order online or use this form and call your nearest Snooze.

Many of our catering options can be made gluten free, vegetarian or carnivorian.

Juan’s Breakfast Tacos
Flour tortillas filled with scrambled eggs, hash browns, jack cheese, and poblano hollandaise sauce and a side of fresh pico de gallo.

Petite Breakfast Burritos
Scrambled eggs, hash browns, cheddar and jack cheese, and black beans rolled up in flour tortillas. Topped with vegetarian green chili and a side of fresh pico de gallo.
*Includes one filling from below. Any other additional filling will be $6 per filling.

Breakfast Sandwich Bites
A soft pretzel roll filled with scrambled eggs, cheddar cheese and a sausage patty, served with a side of cheddar cheese hollandaise. (This is 4 regular sandwiches cut into fourths-­‐16 bites total)

Snooze Spuds Deluxe
Snooze spuds with melted cheddar and jack cheese.
*Includes two fillings from below.

*Veggies: arugula, caramelized onions, basil, cilantro, jalapeno, onion, pico de gallo, poblanos, mushroom, red pepper, roasted garlic, spinach, tomato, ranchero sauce and green chili sauce

*Cheeses: cheddar, jack, Swiss, feta, goat, cotija, and fresh mozzarella

*Responsible Meats: bacon, sausage, ham, chorizo, and chicken sausage
